Q: Can I use a credit card to purchase my order of ladder stabilizers?

Absolutely! We use PayPal merchant services to process credit card payments and you do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card. During the checkout process, you will be asked to select a Payment Method. Unless you will be paying with a check or money order, you will need to select PayPal. After completing the checkout process on our website, you will automatically be redirected to PayPal. At this point, you will have the option to login to your PayPal account, setup a PayPal account, or simply use your credit card by selecting that option at the bottom of the page.

Q: What shipping options do I have for my extension ladder accessories?

All orders will be shipped to you via UPS. You have the option selecting:
(1) UPS Ground.

Q: What are shipping costs?

By viewing your cart, you can input your zip code to generate an estimate of shipping costs. Final shipping costs, however, will be displayed on the Invoice you review before confirming your order.

Q: What is The Original Rolling Ladder-Stabilizer?

The Original Rolling Ladder-Stabilizer is a ladder stand off device that is easily & quickly attached to a selected rung of an extension ladder. This accessory increases the stability of the ladder during use by widening the area of contact between the ladder and a selected structure. This stabilizer includes a unique feature that also improves stability when the ladder is used against an outside corner of a structure or against a pole or tree.

Also unique to this device, is that it includes high density foam, self-skinned polyurethane rollers that roll against the structure while the user extends or retracts the extension ladder. This eases the task of raising or lowering the ladder. This is an especially nice feature when working on structures with shingle, shiplap, or beveled siding. The foam rollers will also protect the surface of the structure against which the ladder is leaned, from being marred, scratched, or crushed by the ladder legs. This is accomplished by dissipating the weight among the foam rollers.

The standoff device can also be configured to protect structure members such as gutters or windows by preventing contact between the ladder and these members, while still providing improved stability for the ladder and the user. Another unique feature is that the distance at which the ladder is held from the structure may be changed as desired, thus providing a comfortable selected position for performing various tasks such as power washing, painting, cleaning, or performing selected repairs to a given structure. While protecting your gutters, the standoff device can be used to enhance rooftop access.
